Cancellation
If a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled tour or activity, a 100% cancellation fee will be applicable. To request a cancellation or refund, please send an email at least 48 hours before the designated tour/activity date. This is necessary to prevent discrepancies in the accounting system.

As per the new UAE law, children under 12 years old are subject to charges because all children are now required to have their own seat in the vehicle.
